As a certified Family Life Coach and Brain Health Trainer, my goal is to help you and your family face emotional challenges with courage and faith centered in Jesus Christ.

I focus on four key areas to help you achieve balance and resilience:

  • Physical Wellness

  • Psychological Wellness

  • Social Wellness

  • Spiritual Wellness

Together, we will work on your personal development to establish holy habits and righteous routines. This will help you build emotional and spiritual resilience and strengthen your family life and overall mental health.

Here’s how we’ll achieve this:

  • Set meaningful goals

  • Create holy habits & righteous routines

  • Work towards a more joyful home

I believe that we have the power to act and stand firm when facing adversity and stress. By using personal revelation, spiritual resources, and brain/mental health tools, we can navigate challenges with strength and confidence. Let’s strengthen your resilience!

Who I can help:

  • Women of all ages

  • Youth ages 8-18 but specializing in TWEENS because they are often overlooked and we want to prepare them for their teen years with strength and resiliency centered in Jesus Christ.
